I LOVE THIS CLASS! This Mom and Baby class is designed for EVERYBODY and every post natal fitness level! This class combines fun, SAFE and effective exercises designed specifically for the post natal participant! Cardio, resistance and functional core training are combined to get you into better than before baby shape and provide you with the energy you need to keep up with your growing family! Modifications are given for all special considerations such as diastasis recti, pelvic floor conditions and carpal tunnel and ALL fitness levels!
