It’s true people come to Jules Sherlock’s (formerly Hilliker) fitness classes because she’s a canfitpro Certified Personal Trainer and fitness training wonder, but they also come because she creates communities where lasting friendships are formed, families are inspired, and laughter can always be heard.

As many of my fitness family already know I am having surgery over the holidays. I am very excited about it as it will end the pain I have been having for many years and enable me to live the active and exciting life with all of you that I love!!! I will be in hospital for a few days and on the couch for many more so I met with Lisa from Rise Nutrition to discuss an optimal eating strategy for recovery afterwards. She simply asked me Why wait? Staying home often means being able to create your own schedule and that has often included making lots of healthy choices for you and your growing family. ( On the days after you have had a solid 5 hours of several sleep interruptions!!) Perhaps that has included several of my mom and baby fitness classes per week ( yeah!!), or an exercise routine that has better served you ( still yeah!) and dedicating more time in the kitchen preparing fresh and healthy meals.
